Description

Porcelain disc suspension insulators are mainly used on high-voltage overhead transmission and distribution lines to support and insulate conductors. Insulators can be divided into ordinary type and anti-pollution type according to their use environment and area.According to the different umbrella structure, the anti-pollution products are divided into double-shed and tri-shed, anti fog and aerodynamic type insulators.

Disc Insulator Characters:

1.The normal type disc suspension porcelain insulators includes standard type and large creepage distance type insulators, which are widely used in clean areas and light pollution areas.Anti-pollution type disc suspension porcelain insulators are used to support and insulate conductors on the overhead high-voltage transmission lines in polluted areas. Anti-pollution type disc suspension porcelain insulators have the same E&M.

3. The fog type insulators usually serve in coastlands and rainy areas with large creepage distance structure and well flashover performance in wet condition. The aerodynamic type insulators, with streamline structure, low deposit rate of insoluble material and great self-clean function take the special protection effect in insulator stings.
